it rained and it poured and it pounded on the rooftops...
the clothesline area filled with water...
and a river ran down the little tiled path i normally took to the clothesline area...
the thunder crashed against the house with every brilliant flash of lightning...
the little creek filled up with muddy water...
and these boulders went crashing and rolling down the
creekbed...
and the waters tried to come into our little house. it came in onto the porch but it stopped just a foot or so short of the front door. that was our excitement for the night! meanwhile, we had a good time over smoothies, popcorn and a movie... life is quite an adventure!
