while we were at the hotel posada...waiting for the guys to fix the water pump, we wandered around near the hotel.
we found this little hole-in-the-wall where the food was so good!
we watched her patting out the tortillas and frying them, then filling them... oh man!
so delicious!!
the water pump got replaced and off down the road we went again...
